A l’orée de ce magnifique lieu de promenade et de découverte de la nature qu’est la Forêt de Soignes, les quartiers Clos des chênes, Futaie-Coccinelles et Dries offrent un cadre de vie particulièrement agréable auquel ses habitants sont très attachés. Les évolutions dans l’aménagement de la chaussée de la Hulpe, la finalisation du chantier RER, la concrétisation de la ligne de bus 42 et d’une nouvelle « cyclostrade » ainsi que les besoins de rénovation des immeubles de logements publics sont autant de points d’attention qui nous mobiliserons dans les prochaines années pour préserver et améliorer le cadre de vie.

1. Tristan Roberti

Watermael-Boitsfort deserves a mayor that is totally devoted to the preservation and improvement of the living environment without any accumulation with other political mandates or jobs. I am making this commitment.

2. Aurelie Sapa

Now more than ever, we must take care of eachother and address the ecological emergency, so that we can maitain decent living conditions in our planet, anywhere we may be.

3. Alain Gehenot

We live in a municipality human-sized, and we must prepare ourselves to the changes that have to come. To act, we must trust eachother. To this to be possible, our institutions must be open and transparent.

We must protect the Sonian woods, improve our sidewalks and green up our municipality with trees wherever possible.

Cités-Jardins

Fondées il y a maintenant plus de 100 ans, les cités-jardins Le Logis-Floréal constituent incontestablement l’un des joyaux de notre commune. Elles ont une histoire et offrent un cadre de vie si particulier qu’il faut bien sûr préserver. Mais les habitations ne sont pas des musées !
Leurs occupants doivent pouvoir bénéficier d’un confort suffisant et ne pas être confrontés à des factures d’énergie démesurées. La population évolue et se diversifie, ce qui renforce l’importance d’avoir des lieux de rencontre et de dialogue. Les nombreux projets citoyens, combinés à l’action de la coopérative, de la Maison de quartier, du PCS Trois Tilleuls et du CPAS, visent à répondre à ce besoin et doivent être soutenus.

Riche de son patrimoine, avec l’église St-Clément récemment rénovée, la ferme Hof ter Coigne ancestrale et la gare classée, le centre de Watermael constitue un pôle d’attraction essentiel de notre Commune. Lieu de rencontre et d’activités auquel la population est très attachée, la place Keym accueille une grande variété de commerces et de services de proximité, d’écoles et de lieux sportifs et de culture.
Sa récente rénovation contribuera sans nul doute au dynamisme du quartier. Une convivialité et une vitalité que nous apprécions tous et que nous avons à cœur de préserver et de renforcer.

Boitsfort-centre

Boitsfort-centre, c’est le cœur battant de notre commune, avec la Maison communale, l’académie des Beaux-arts, La Vénerie/Écuries, la maison des Jeunes, les commerces et services de proximité. La place offre un bel espace pour des évènements :

Fête des fleurs, marché du dimanche, matchs des Diables rouges sur écran géant, marché de Noël, etc.

Un quartier qui a fait l’objet de plusieurs interventions : rénovation des toitures de l’académie et réalisation d’une fresque sur sa façade, agrandissement de la plaine de jeux, nouvelle agora sportive, aménagements en matière de sécurité routière, rénovation du parc du Leybeek, etc.

Nous avons à cœur de préserver ce quartier pittoresque apprécié pour sa convivialité et sa vitalité .

Coin du Balai – Bezemhoek

Avec ses légendes, ses rues qui s’étirent jusqu’à la Forêt de Soignes, son parcours d’artistes, son carnaval, sa fanfare et ses géants, le Coin du Balai, c’est tout un monde en soi !
Un quartier à dimension humaine, marqué par une forte implication citoyenne, et qui a bénéficié de plusieurs améliorations : éclairage, voirie, rénovation de bâtiments communaux, aménagements de sécurité routière, plantation d’arbres, etc.

Ecolo-Groen souhaite poursuivre la rénovation progressive du Coin du Balai, tout en veillant à préserver son caractère pittoresque.

1. Tristan Roberti

Watermaal-Bosvoorde verdient een burgemeester die zich voltijds wijdt aan het behoud en de verbetering van de leefomgeving, zonder cumul met andere politieke mandaten of beroepen. Dat is mijn engagement.

2. Aurelie Sapa

Vandaag moeten we meer dan ooit voor elkaar zorgen en op de ecologische noodsituatie reageren om waardige leefomstandigheden op onze planeet te behouden, waar we ook zijn. Overal waar we zijn.

3. Alain Gehenot

Leven in een gemeenschap op mensenmaat en ons samen voorbereiden op de komende veranderingen. Om te kunnen handelen, moeten we elkaar vertrouwen. Om dit te bereiken moeten onze instellingen open en transparant zijn.

Het Zoniënwoud beschermen, onze voetpaden renoveren, vergroenen en bomen planten overal waar het mogelijk is.
